OWF Foundation Initial Humanitarian Deployments

Detailed below are only seven (7) of the many critical OWF Foundation initial humanitarian deployments:

a) WFSI: OWF Foundation will donate 150 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to WASH Alliance Foundation in India (OWF Foundation Partner NGO incorporated in the UN) to supply five (5) OWF Humanitarian Kits to each of 30 schools in the Himalaya foothills in Northern India. This will provide safe drinking water for the 7,500 school children while they are attending these schools (6 hour day). WASH Alliance is building toilets and washrooms for the 30 schools. Judy Ryan, Swami Ji and OWF Foundation celebrity spokespersons will film the distribution in the first school.

b) WFSI: OWF Foundation will donate 2,000 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to the largest chain of orphanages in war torn Iraq. This will provide safe drinking water for 40,000 orphans. This is the first deployment to these orphanages as there are over 100,000 orphans in these orphanages that need safe drinking water.

c) WFAI: OWF Foundation will donate 2,000 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to 2,000 families living in the Syrian war refugee camps in Turkey. This will provide safe drinking water for 2,000 families or 12,000 people. This is the first deployment to these refugee camps as there are approximately 1 million refugees in these camps.

d) WFAI: OWF Foundation will donate 6,000 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to 6,000 families living in the Marawi refugee camp in Mindanao, Philippines. This will provide safe drinking water for 6,000 families or 36,000 people. This deployment will provide safe drinking water to all the 6,000 families still displaced by the terrorist
destruction of Marawi City.

e) WFAI: OWF Foundation will donate 2,000 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to 2,000 families living in refugee camps in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Rubavu, Uganda. These refugees are fleeing from the civil war in DRC. Goma, DRC is also the location of the largest outbreak of Ebola in recent history. This will provide safe drinking water for 2,000 families or 12,000 people.

f) WFAI: OWF Foundation will donate 2,000 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to 2,000 families living in remote villages in Papua New Guinea (PNG). PNG has a 40% extreme poverty rate and a critical drinking water crisis resulting in the death of 17 children each day.  This will provide safe drinking water for 2,000 families or 12,000 people. This is the first or many planned WFAI and WFSI deployments to PNG.

g) WFAI: OWF Foundation will donate 600 units of OWF Humanitarian Kits to 600 families (3,600 people) living in coastal areas of Barangay San Jose, Taytay, Palawan which is one of the most isolated areas of the Philippines.  These families survive by subsistence farming and fishing. This will provide safe drinking water for all the families living in this isolated area in Palawan which has been declared “The Last Ecological Frontier of the Philippines”.  This highlights the disparity of the “have” and “have nots” as these families live only 1 hour south by speedboat from the US$1,500/night luxury resorts in El Nido Marine National Park declared by the travel industry as “Most Surreal Tropical Seascape on our Planet” and “Most Beautiful Islands in the World”.

The above seven (7) OWF Foundation humanitarian distributions will commence in March 2020 and the first deployments will be filmed. The films from these seven (7) OWF Foundation deployments will be aired in 2-minute GPS (Global Problem Solution) spots during the 24 hour ED50Live concert. A 2-minute GPS spot is aired globally every 30 minutes during the 24 hour ED50Live concert.
